2017 Year in Review

One of the questions I got asked the most in 2017 was, "What does the Division of Innovation and Applied Research do?"

It's hard to boil everything we do into one sentence. But, put simply, we help connect the resources of Towson University with individuals, organizations, and companies to create positive impacts in our communities and to help improve the quality of life and economic vitality of our friends and neighbors across the state. All of this work done in support of Towson University's mission of being a community-engaged institution that facilitates collaborations and strategic partnerships with the community and state.

Ok. That's a little long winded, so we put together a year in review post that better highlights our work over the last 12 months and how we are impacting our communities.

As always, thank you for taking the time to read this email. And, if you have questions about our work, let me know. I'm more than happy to talk with you.

From my team at Towson University to you and yours, "Happy Holidays!"
