Teams and Teamwork: Using DiSC to Achieve High Performance

Being equipped with the behavioral profiles of your team is key to corporate team building. Towson University's upcoming DiSC Webinar presents team building aspects of DiSC training in an easy to understand format.

The Dominance Influence Steadiness Conscientiousness (DiSC®) Assessment tool provides self-assessment of the four-different personality types and how one’s natural tendencies impact the way information is processed and delivered. DiSC® also provides a framework to quickly understand others—a key factor needed to improve team function, effectiveness, and performance. This is a widely used tool because it's simple, relatively inexpensive, easy to understand, and quickly adapts to a wide range of circumstances.

Webinar Objectives

You’ll discover the deeper meaning of the four DiSC styles, how one’s dominant style relates to others, and how styles play into high performance teams.
