What's Driving Our Economy?

Study: Managing the Pandemic

The Greater Baltimore Committee's Baltimore Women's Advisory Board is conducting a study to investigate the nationally reported impacts of COVID-19 on employees in the workforce.

COVID-19 has been a struggle for many individuals and has greatly impacted companies and their employees. With a team of researchers, we are seeking to understand how employees, and particularly women, in the Greater Baltimore area (and beyond) are coping.

The link here and below is anonymous but contains questions about your thoughts, your work life and you home life. It should take approximately 20 minutes to complete. We encourage participation from all work backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, genders, employment statuses and locations. This is for you!

Upon completion, there is an opportunity to be entered into a prize pool, which includes gift cards, a Girl Scout cookie sampler pack and more!

The survey will remain open until Friday, April 16. For more information about the study, contact Dr. Gabby Swab at rswab@towson.edu
