Are you a next level leader?

Recently, the Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute celebrated the completion of the first cohort of Next Level Leaders, one of the Institute's signature programs. 24 leaders from some of Greater Baltimore's top employers went through this results-driven leadership development experience.

Generously underwritten by Whiting-Turner, this interactive, project-based program allows high-potential, mid-level leaders to explore their authentic leadership style and learn how to navigate their roles and organizations with resilience and integrity at no cost to participants. Applications are open through August 15, 2022.
