Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute Signature Programs are intensive, immersive and enable professional and personal growth via cohort-based learning to transform leaders.
- The Spark Brilliance Executive Leadership Program is a transformative program designed to take senior leaders from great to extraordinary—with minimal time and maximum impact. Program runs September 2024–March 2025. Applications due August 1.
- Next Level Leaders is a leadership development experience that allows high-potential, mid-level leaders to explore their authentic leadership style and learn how to navigate their roles and organizations with integrity. Program runs October 2024–February 2025. Applications due August 30.
- The Professional Leadership Program for Women empowers women with new insights, added self-confidence, and the capacity to immediately impact their organizations and communities in powerful, positive ways. Program runs February–May 2025. Applications due November 15.

The StarTUp at the Armory is open Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m.–3 p.m. Plus, the StarTUp has a conference room, mixed-use spaces, and a boardroom—all reservable with no cost.

Maryland gains 5,600 jobs. Unemployment up to 2.8%.
Nationally, the latest inflation data from BLS shows a 3.0% year-to-year inflation rate, a significant improvement from the rate reported in May, and is due in part to slight decrease in overall prices between May and June. Between this decreased inflation and a rising national unemployment rate, economists are predicting that the Federal Open Market Committee may finally make their first cut to interest rates in the near future.

Join Osher at Towson University
|

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Towson University provides learning opportunities to expand knowledge and gain insights into current events, and to access social and cultural activities. There are no entrance requirements, just bring your curiosity and love of learning. Membership is a requirement to register for fall/spring semester classes.
Become an Osher member
The fall semester of classes runs September 9–November 9 and includes a mix of online and in-person liberals arts courses—all delivered by leading subject matter experts. On August 5, visit the Osher website for a preview of classes to hear directly from the instructors.
