GROWING TU’S PRESENCE IN DOWNTOWN TOWSON
|
|
There is more than $1 billion in public and private investment underway within a quarter-mile of the TU campus. Among those investments are two TU building development projects aimed at expanding opportunities for regional leaders to connect, convene, and collaborate alongside TU’s faculty, staff, and students. The former Maryland National Guard Armory has been transformed into the StarTUp at the Armory—TU’s front door for start-ups, small businesses, as well as our region’s largest corporations. Across the street at 401 Washington, the Division of Strategic Partnerships & Applied Research has relocated to be closer to the businesses, nonprofits and community it serves.
