Winter StarTUp Accelerator Cohort Launches

Earlier this week seven ventures and their founders took up residency in the StarTUp at the Armory as the winter 2023 StarTUp Accelerator launched. From AI and dental hygiene to cloud storage and a social venture about caddying, these ventures represent a wide range of industries. Here are a few facts about this winter’s cohort:

  • 17 fellows represent seven ventures. Five are women. All ventures are lead or founded by a woman or someone who identifies as a minority.
  • Fellows have graduated from TU, Stevenson University, UMBC, Kings College, American University and Dartmouth University, among others. One founder hasn’t attended college.
  • These ventures have raised $3.9M collectively in funding. Of this, $455k is non-dilutive funding.

Mobilize leaders with customized solutions

The most powerful transformation occurs when leadership development is not exclusive to a few individuals, but is mobilized throughout an organization at every level. The Dr. Nancy Grasmick Leadership Institute offers a robust portfolio of leadership develop programs that can be customized to meet any organization's needs. In addition to Itineris, we are proud to support the leadership development efforts of organizations such as Baltimore County Public Schools, First National Bank, RS&F, The National Aquarium, and MEDCO.
