Workforce diversity is no longer an aspiration—it's the norm. While diversity brings substantial benefits to organizations, it also brings management and leadership challenges to maximize and capitalize on those benefits. That's why Towson University has developed the Leading Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace program.
