Data Visualization for Decision-Making

Story maps use Geographic Information System (GIS) tools to combine geospatial data with photos, text, and other elements to create an interactive story. The Center for GIS and the Regional Economic Studies Institute have been working with on-campus groups and external partners to highlight their impact.

RESI Roundtables

Starting next week, RESI will host five roundtables to discuss topics as they relate to Greater Baltimore, including causes, existing solutions, and how policymakers can help support ongoing efforts. After each session, RESI will publish a policy brief covering the issues and discussion results.
