Creating a more diverse and inclusive campus is aligned with TU’s strategic plan. The Office of Inclusion and Institutional Equity fosters a culture of inclusivity, equity, and diversity; researchers highlight solutions to disparities across the region; and BTU—Partnerships for Greater Baltimore works to create positive and equitable impacts in our communities.

Congratulations to the 45 women who graduated last night from the 2021 Professional Leadership Program for Women. This cohort brings the number of graduates to 150+ and highlights TU's commitment to leadership development across the region.

Medical billing and medical coding jobs increasing

Medical billing and coding jobs are expected to grow by 8 percent through 2029—double the average national job growth. TU Continuing & Professional Studies offers an Online Medical Billing Course and an Online Certified Medical Coding Course to prepare you for nationally-recognized certifications. Register for either course by May 28 and receive a significant tuition discount.

PHR student success story: Stacy Alford

When TU alumna Stacy Alford was furloughed from her job due to the pandemic, she returned to her alma mater to earn her PHR certification. After completing the Online Professional in Human Resources Course, she passed her certification exam on her first try, earning her PHR certification.
