Tigers Shine, Chliszczyk May Honored at NCAA Gainesville Regional
A trio of Tigers in Mary Elle Arduino, Tyra McKellar and Gabriella Yarussi of the Towson University gymnastics team were in action at the 2017 NCAA Gainesville Regional on Saturday evening. Head coach Vicki Chliszczyk May was named NACGC/W Southeast Regional Head Coach of the Year.

Softball Ready To Battle Georgetown In Home Opener
Softball will return home after almost 2 months of away games beginning Wednesday afternoon against Georgetown. First-pitch is at 2:30 p.m.

MLAX Hangs in Mid-Teens of National Polls
Towson (5-3, 1-0 CAA) slipped one spot in this week's Nike/USILA Coaches' Poll, dropping to the No. 15 slot. The Tigers, who have won six-straight conference openers, earned 99 points this week.

Tennis Defeats Hofstra, UMES to Wrap Up Homestand
The Towson University women's tennis team earned a pair of wins on Sunday afternoon to wrap up a six-game homestand, defeating Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) rival Hofstra 6-1 and sweeping UMES 7-0.

4x200m Relay Sets School Record in Busy Three-Meet Weekend
The Towson University outdoor track and field program competed in a busy three-meet weekend, splitting squads between Florida, Pennsylvania and Virginia. The 4x200-meter relay team of Kaitlyn Davis, Liz Reid, Jamila Brown and Zanae Freeland timed 1:37.79 to smash the previous school record (1:41.49).

Early Runs Not Enough in Series Finale
The Towson University baseball team scored the first three runs of the game, but Northeastern scored five runs over the final four innings to defeat the Tigers, 5-3, Sunday afternoon at Schuerholz Park.
