Getting Started in STRATUS

STRATUS organizes modules along a ribbon at the top of the page and a drop-down menu in the top left corner. You can search for tasks and bookmark favorite locations, or track outstanding tasks using notifications and the customizable watchlist.

See Who You're Working With

Every department has two distinct roles that support STRATUS workflows, making it easy to know who you’re working with. The cost center manager (CCM) performs daily tasks such as entering and approving transactions. The financial steward (FS) provides fiscal accountability for all transactions and serves as a secondary approver when needed. Locate the cost center manager and financial steward for your department. [LINK]

Manage Delegates

You can add a delegate [LINK] to submit travel, reimbursement and ProCard expenses on your behalf. Expenses submitted by your delegate will route to you for review and approval before entering the typical workflow.

Troubleshooting Tips

Can’t access part of the system? Your view is tailored to your role, so you may not see modules you won’t need to use. STRATUS works best with the Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers.

Project Update

STRATUS testing is complete! More than 50 end users walked through each of the training materials, ensuring the directions matched the functionality. Feedback was used to update materials for clarity and accuracy. Prior to this user acceptance testing, nearly 100 core team members, subject matter experts and system superusers validated the configurations of every STRATUS business process and tested every integration between functional areas. With system integration testing and user acceptance testing complete, the project has entered the training phase as we prepare for our July 11 go-live.
