Stratus

Full Steam Ahead

By pivoting to a July 2022 go-live, our STRATUS timeline now has capacity to add features, conduct comprehensive user testing and provide ample training. The go-live aligns with a new fiscal year, reducing complexity across the board. Here are the latest developments, plus a sneak peek at what's ahead.

Conference Room Pilots Underway

The first of two conference room pilots (CRPs) kicked off in July. Core team members and key users are walking through each functional process from start to finish. Their focus? Uncovering and addressing any issues prior to locking in the configuration. CRPs are conducted iteratively to ensure end-to-end processes work as expected. They will continue through December 2021 with additional subject matter experts and key stakeholders invited to participate this fall.

What's Next

We’ll continue designing, building and piloting STRATUS through early 2022. Then we’ll turn it over to more than 50 TU subject matter experts for formal system testing. They’ll validate transactions between functional areas to prepare for user demonstrations and roadshows this spring. Training will launch throughout the spring and summer, offering opportunities for both in-person and on-demand sessions. Along the way we’ll keep you updated through newsletters, toolkits and information on the STRATUS website.
