This summer, CBS featured the COE's "Imagine: A Pathway to Teaching" program for displaced federal workers. The program provided training and ongoing mentorship to a dedicated group finding new purpose as classroom teachers.

EDUCATION IN ACTION

SUMMER CAMPS @ THE COE: Over the summer, the College of Education opens its doors to the community through a variety of free engaging and educational camps for children and teens. Led by faculty, staff, and students, these camps inspire curiosity and creativity.
- Camp InSpECT: Helps children with disabilities develop computational skills. Watch video to learn more
- Robotics Creative Storytelling Summer Camp: Campers, aged 6-10, use various methods, including robotics, LEGOs, coding, and more, to create and share stories that foster creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- TU Teacher Summer Scholars Institute: A four-day immersive program for high schoolers interested in a future teaching career. Watch video to learn more
