Jess Gartner, self-described as passionately curious, is founder and CEO of Allovue, an edtech company that empowers K-12 educators to strategically and equitably allocate financial resources. Founded in 2013, Allovue has been credited with starting the EdFinTech industry.
A former Baltimore City school teacher, Jess has been recognized for her leadership and work, and was listed as one of Forbes Magazine's 30 Under 30 (twice!). She is passionate about mentoring female founders and is an advocate for diversity and inclusion.
