As the fiscal year winds down or, for some, comes crashing down with deadlines, please make sure that you are available to your team as questions arise about projects. Please make sure that all of your timesheets are completed on time and mangers please approve them in a timely fashion. Finally, I encourage you to take a morning or afternoon off (using your leave time of course) and do something you would not ordinarily do—yoga, a hike, or lunch with family or friends.
