How will Maryland cut greenhouse gas emissions 60% by 2031? These UMD researchers mapped it out.
The Baltimore Sun, June 30, 2023

In addition, the report includes health benefits of reduced emissions, which were provided by researchers at the Regional Economic Studies Institute.
