Chip Paucek is co-founder and CEO of 2U. In March 2014, he led the company's successful Initial Public Offering, establishing 2U as a leader in edtech. Prior to 2U, Paucek served in various senior leadership roles within Educate, Inc., the parent company of Hooked on Phonics and Sylvan Learning Center. Paucek began his career by co-founding Cerebellum Corporation, the media company behind the award-winning educational television program Standard Deviants.
